What do you do when the passion to write
Meets the decision to type
Even though whats save can get lost
At the instance of a hardware failure
Everything you worked on is gone
If you werent the one to have an updated backup

Could care less on the impact my carbon footprint
Using paper or wasting electricity
Anything you choose to do has a negative view
A tree gone to satisfy what I like to do

My talents encoded in a project I completed
Before I share it with the world
So it doesnt get stolen without me getting paid
So many thoughts with decisions to be made
I always ponder every avenue for a clue
What I couldnt care for felt over due
But I'll tell you what I plan to do
And thats grab my pen yeah I prefer it blue
