Cough, sneeze, sniff, blow, and then attempt to clear my throat. . . .
Yeah yeah yeah . . . . I got an ole bum a$$ cold.
How? I don't know.
I been taking, these cold flu pills the past couple of days and I still can't shake this cold. I feel like my immune system is weaker than it was a couple of years ago. Could it be old age? Maybe being out of shape does it. Took a Benadryl equivalent offbrand version yesterday and felt like I was in the clouds literally. That's a powerful little pill.
But, I got to workout soon maybe that will help me get better. Who knows.
