Security

Working in the computer field, educates you on one thing about this world.

Security

Everything is a scare and nobody wants to feel threatened. So there is something called security which helps people adapt some sort of comfort in the assurance of knowing that what they are doing has no unprotected mishaps.

Implementing security measures is aggravating. I'm so sick of it. Hackers and id thieves need to find a new damn hobby.

But this is what keeps me working so . . . I guess I'll just deal with it for the time being.

Layout Creating

I have beed trying to give my page a new feel. But I kind of don't like the way it came out . . .

Ehh

I wish I knew how to do this web stuff a little better than I do now.

The color scheme does not mix well, the font sizing is all over the place, there is not structure, looks a mess.

I just have to re do everything.

University Class on how to Tweet for Journalists

At least school is becoming more of an interesting thing now.

The article linked below via gawker.com talks about how an University is giving journalists a class on how to use twitter in a more effective manner.

Learning is growing to be fun again . . . Or maybe should I just leave out 'again', being that I can't remember college work ever being fun.

Team Viewer

The Cycle Continues

I recently got a whiff from transfers of knowledge about this product called Team Viewer and I decided to check it out for myself, you know, give it personal approval or disapproval.

I have used Logmein.com before and I still do and I Like it, however, what this product allows you to do is similar to logmein.com. But, the Android access is Free as well and until you have remotely logged into a computer through the use of a phone, then you have yet to be amazed.

Just watching the mouse move at the touch of my finger on my phone was incredible, and it just reassures me that technology continues to find a way to advance itself. Keeping up with the changes as I stated before is always going to be a challenge.

I mean its hard to say jobs are scarce when there is always something new popping up. They need to rephrase it that manual labor is getting more and more scarce, due to technology leaps.

But I would recommend this to anyone who uses remote accessibility for whatever the reason maybe, especially when you need to help someone with their computer and their internet connection is still sufficient. Saves you some gas. Also, for a little tip you would need their interaction for the ID and password , they would need to provide to you and its greenlight from there.

But check it out, Until next time, be Blessed.

SQL

In A World Dynamic

Being an IT individual, its kind of a must that you stay on top of your game and when I say that I mean keeping current with technology and its constant changes. No year is the same.

So with that in mind I took it upon myself to teach myself a piece of technology that I constantly seem to run into and that's SQL.

Its something that's very complex to learn well from my standpoint. But I'm going to do the best I can to learn it, because having that under my belt will help my resume look pretty nice.

I am using w3schools.org for my studies, since I refuse to go back to school. Lectures make me sleepy and that'll be a waste of money, on top of that I don't need to be taking out any new loans, I have a kid now.

But this is life and I got to stay on the up and up.

Until next time.
