I started working out . . . So far I exercised for 4 days this week . . . I pretty much am going to use this area so I can monitor what I do and how I feel afterwards.
This week Jan. 30th - Feb. 3rd
- 700 pushups
- 16 min ab workout
- 200 squats
- 75 lunges
- 500 toe raisers
- 3 min of a little cardio (lazy me)
So yeah I got more work to do. That's just week 1
